1x3, 1x2, 1x1.

Tonight the group opted to stay away from the track for some interval work. We did one 3 mile, one 2 mile and one 1 mile, with a recovery in between each. It was cold dark and windy for the workout. Not your first choice for a speed workout but it wasn't that bad. This was the workout I needed to shake out Sundays race from the legs.
