Five by the Mile

Tonight's track workout took us back to the 1 mile repeats we were doing a couple of weeks ago. We did five 1 mile repeats at slightly faster than half marathon pace with a 600 meter recovery in between. The workout was great. No problems with the legs (Knock on wood) and I felt great. I guess I will be taking it a little bit easier for the rest of the week in preparation for the half marathon I am doing this weekend.
